Help Documents
Administrators can provide their own guides and manuals to users directly inside Open mSupply. Help documents are managed centrally and synced out to sites, so every connected site sees the same up-to-date guidance without anyone having to email files around or keep local copies in step.
This is useful for organisation-specific material such as standard operating procedures, counting instructions, cold chain protocols, or a local quick-start guide - content that is specific to your organisation and sits alongside the standard Open mSupply documentation.
Managing help documents🔗
Help documents are maintained on the central server. From there an administrator can add, update or remove documents. Because the documents are held centrally, any change you make is distributed to all sites the next time they synchronise - so you maintain the guidance in one place and every site stays consistent.
How users access help documents🔗
Once synced to a site, help documents are available to users from within the app, so staff can open the relevant guidance without leaving Open mSupply. See the Help page for where users find them.
